Biographical Information
After he graduated from the Renmin University of China in 1964, he went to study and work in France. He went back to China in 1967 and worked for the Ministry of Machinery Industry, the Ministry of Materials & Equipment, the Ministry of Internal Trade, etc. He was appointed as Director General and General Economist of Ministry of Internal Trade, Vice President of University, and Vice Administrator of the State Administration of Internal Trade.
In 2000, he is evaluated as one of 25 economists who affect Chinese market by magazine of "China Market". In 2001 he is evaluated as one of the "ten logistics men of the time of the year 2001 in China" by "China Logistics Media Alliances".
